 Chouchou [pron: shushu] is a French word used to express your love for something that is dear to you. Many of you would use it to describe your favorite handbag, teacup, photo or painting.
For us Chouchou is about fighting the stigma of vanity often associated with these beautiful things whether that be fashion, homewares, jewellery & art. First and foremost we are about reusing, renewing, recycling, redecorating, recreating and “re-viewing” anything with a fresh pair of eyes and seeing it in a new light.
We want to bring things back to their original glory, allowing them to become your chouchou again.
Thanks to our craftiness and creativity we hope to promote products that despite being made out of recycled materials, are chic but inexpensive, inexpensive but high quality and a quality that is both functional and unique.
Through our business we would also like to showcase some beautiful hand-made, artisan products made in the EU, such us porcelain and pottery supporting folkloric art.
 Established by Liz Fennings in 2004, Elsie Belle is a vibrant Bristol based jewellery company showcasing a selection of unusual and eye-catching gems, trinkets and tiny treasures.
All their pieces are handmade in their Stokes Croft studio using vintage and inspired components sourced from around the world such as beautiful vintage brass stampings and charms, Japanese lucite flowers, Czech glass beads, porcelain cabochons and hand-wired fresh water pearls.
Their jewellery has been featured in a number of fashion publications including Vogue, Look, Heat, Grazia, Cosmopolitan and the Sunday Times, whilst celebrity fans include Mary Portas, Holly Willoughby, Fern Cotton, Alexandra Burke and Pixie Lott.
 Moon and Magic is the creative brainchild of Luna Staple and Genie Goldsack-Rowland. We began many years ago creating kitsch designs from recycled materials and exploring our ideas through tote bags, aprons and the odd costume. Over the years we adopted Taz Kingston and developed a firm design ethos, focusing on sustainability with underlying themes of myth and fantasy. Since discovering Steampunk in 2010 Moon and Magic has become one of the few creators of Steampunk in Bristol. A revelation which enhanced our passion for up-cycling and posted us firmly in the things that never were. Everything is made and inspired by the abandoned treasures of our throw-away culture.  Candy & Fags are the makers of glass art mirrors and fused glass jewellery.
Inspired by a whole range of stuff and nonsense and influenced by none of it at the same time.
They don't work that often, mainly on a Thursday evening .

 Every piece of the Jenn Wills Jewellery is hand-made. Working from Central Bristol's Centrespace Studios, the copper is hand-sawn or guillotined into shape. It is then soldered, drilled and hammered depending on the design. The main sections of each piece of jewellery is put through 3 separate chemical processes, again, depending on the coloured finish set to be achieved. The turquoise or green finish is achieved by leaving pieces of copper in ammonia and sawdust for a few days. This creates an ageing of the copper which is known as a patina or verdigris. The pink or orange finish is achieved by coating the copper in flux and heating the copper until it glows cherry pink. When the flux burns off it leaves the copper with speckled colouring. The darker pieces have been left in a solution called Liver of Sulphur for literally seconds. This darkens the copper to a wood-type affect. Leave patterns have been achieved by putting the copper through a rolling mill with a leaf on top. Each section is then hand-filed and assembled using recycled copper electric wire. Each piece varies so greatly in finish to create a unique piece of jewellery every time.
 Sally run’s myBearHands from her home studio in Bristol. myBearHands is a combination of Sally’s two passions – drawing and making. All her work is based on her own illustrations, which are applied to products, particularly jewellery, using a variety of techniques and materials. She draws, designs, sources and handmakes everything herself, from the jewellery right through to the textile patterns. You will find her work on sale in a number of bricks-and-mortar shops in her home town of Bristol, as well as further afield, online, and through craft fairs both large and small. Hazel studied Silversmithing and a wide variety of jewellery making at Queens Road College of Art in Bristol.
Hazel work's mostly in silver but combines the use of copper and semi precious stones and precious metal clay to create interesting and distinctive jewellery.
Much of Hazel's inspiration comes from religious imagery, she bases alot of her work around the heart in all shaes and forms. Humour is also an elemt in her designs and the love of all things quirky along with vintage style.
Hazel is in the process of setting up a business with a friend in recycled furniture, clothes, chine and jewellery.

 'Earthy Goodness' is a collection of elegant and unique jewellery, created by jewellery artist Corinne Evans.
Organic patterns, structures and colours are the main inspiration behind the collection.
Corinne has limited control over the colours and patterns in her designs, which makes them feel more natural. Nature has always been an inspiration to Corinne.
She grew up in rural Wales, where she has fond memories of collecting pretty pebbles, shells and flowers. In 2010, Corinne obtained a BaHons in Metalwork and Jewellery Design from Sheffield Hallam University.
When not in the workshop, Corinne can often be found volunteering at Bristol Zoo Gardens.

Lollie Mitchel Aka The Jewellery Fairie has a long standing passion for style and accessories which she weaves into her jewellery with obvious relish. "I have been making jewellery for a few years now – and really enjoy it!! it is a lovely relaxing pastime." Lollie says, "I have created an eclectic collection of styles, which I believe are unique and beautiful."
The Jewellery Fairie's collection has a varierty of hand-made and bespoke fasion jewellery and hair accessories in a wide range of colours and styles. Lollie has an eye for colour contrast which she creates using beads to give a different hue. "I try to find beads which are more unusual...vintage beads, and beads from around the world as well as more conventional beads. I try, where possible to use recycled or reclaimed beads."
Enormous amounts of care and passion go into each piece, no two pieces are the same; you are guaranteed to pick up a unique, one-of-a-kind piece of wearable art from the Jewellery Fairie.
