Meridian Massage would like to invite you to participate in a Self Massage Workshop. Learn some simple techniques to ease out those aches and pains and to calm and relax yourself. Discover how to work out tension in your neck and to relieve stress with acupressure of the head and face.
Workshops will run for 30-45 minutes at 12pm, 2pm and 4pm on 30th March at the Easter Artisan Market at the Arnolfini. Ages 12 and up welcome (children over 8 must be accompanied by an adult.)
Advanced booking are discounted to £3 or £4 on the day.
